Moving & Writing the Body Workshop 

Yoga and Writing. May 2, 2026, 1:00-2:30 at MeFitness Studios. $40 cash or venmo day of. 

This 90-minute workshop is for anyone. Expect free writing, creative yoga asana for every body, and prompts for creative writing of the body. Optional sharing of process or writing, otherwise just listen.  

This workshop is open to both members and non-members of MeFitness!

CE COURSES for LMTs:

I offer certified contact-hours (CEUs) for licensed massage therapists in Oregon.

I offer private, duet or trios at my private practice at SE 79th & SE Stark in Portland.

 

Rates per hour (1 credit per hour):

Single person $90. 

Duet $85 per person.

Trio $85 per person. 

 

I am available for hire for outcall CE courses. Prices are negotiated.
